Summary:

Our Girls Rule! by Design Summer program makes the summer season both fun and meaningful for girls who dare to blend...out!. This unique program offers a nurturing and fun place where our children are to explore themselves, defind the type of women they'd like to become, and enjoy activities at Chicago’s many attractions.

Girls Rule! by Design lets girls explore the outdoors, other communities, and the greater Chicago region, while providing an opportunity to play, laugh, learn, and grow.

We are seeking Group Leaders for this year's program at or downtown site. Group Leaders are responsible for supervising girls during activities. Group Leaders also serve as caring and accepting role models for children to ensure they feel safe and supported while they are in our care. 

Responsibilities:
Participates with children ages 5-14, provide care, nurturance, protection and supervision for all children on site, on excursions and during pick up services. Leads activites and provides proper care of program equipment and supplies, works as a team with all classroom staff, collaborating with team members in planning the program.

Please note this position will begin in June 2011 and is expected to last for approximately 2 months, until camp concludes on August 5, 2011.
